It is important that government decisions are dealt promptly in a legally sound manner, as the law of administrative procedure is characterized by many formalities.
Our experienced staff is on active external positions at EMA and State Institute for Drug Control, with good knowledge in administrative procedures. We are able to assess all aspects of government work as a whole and if necessary to initiate legal proceedings.

Trials and treatments

In order for a new treatment to be moved from a paper concept in the laboratory to availability to be used in daily practice a number of steps are required. Many times the important final step is the evaluation of the new treatment in a clinical trial.
